It's Re-Enrollment Time at the COA
Each year all COA members are required to re-enroll as members if they would like to receive any services from the COA or participate in any programs that we offer. The re-enrollment period begins October 1. We are required to do this as part of our state and federal grant funding. It's easy to re-enroll! You can stop by either center and re-enroll by stopping at the reception desk. You can also print off a membership form from the website, fill it out and bring it in to either center. Make sure to bring your membership card with you.
Volunteers Needed!
The COA is looking for MMAP Volunteers. MMAP stands for Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program. This program's mission is to educate, counsel and empower Michigan’s older adults and individuals with disabilities, and those who serve them, so that they can make informed health benefit decisions. This is a great way to make a difference in your community and help people save money. Training is provided for volunteers. If you are interested in becoming a a MMAP Volunteer, call the COA at 279-8083.
