Upcoming Holiday Closings
The Commission on Aging offices will be closed on Friday, March 30 for Good Friday.
Laughter Really is the Best Medicine!
The COA is now offering Laughter Yoga at both its centers in Three Rivers and Sturgis. This fun class involves gentle stretching, deep breathing and lots of laughs. Benefits of this class include stress relief and strengthening of your immune system all while helping you feel more energetic and positive. Classes are the second and fourth Monday of each month in Three Rivers at 9:30 a.m. and the second and fourth Wednesday of each month in Sturgis at 10:30 a.m. No need to register in advance.
March is Women's History Month!
